What exactly do Orson do that is illegal? I know that it is immoral but illegal I am not so sure. He is a bad dude but that is also the nature of internatinal adoption. Just wondering.
Caroline, The Santa Barbara DA has issued a warrent for 62 felony counts of Theft by False Pretense. The Civil Suit claims racketeering. Both of these documents are public and can be found on the Internet. Orson fleeing the authorities pretty much speaks volumes. You speak of the "nature of International Adoption". Do you have some experience you'd like to share? Do you know where Orson is?
Not at all. I am saying that "the nature of internation adoption" is you never know if the child you are shown will actually become your child until you are home. Lots of people are shown multiple children. What he did is wrong but I don't see how it was illegal.

Basically someone in business who lies to collect money commits fraud.
